Accessibility statement
Last reviewed: 16 October 2026
Pictag.IO is run by Tiny Systems. We want everyone to be able to use it: organisers, photographers, and the guests who find their photos on event pages. This statement covers pictag.io, including the event photo pages and the dashboard.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We are a small team, so we do not yet claim full conformance, but we fix accessibility problems as a priority when we find them.
What we have checked
- Text and buttons meet the AA colour contrast ratio, including the cookie banner.
- Every page declares its language (English or Ukrainian), so screen readers pronounce it correctly.
- Images that carry meaning have text alternatives.
- Pages use a logical heading structure.
- Links, buttons and form fields can be reached and used with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
- Pages work when zoomed to 200% and on small screens.
Known limitations
- The badge designer's visual preview may be hard to use with a keyboard or screen reader. If you need help preparing badges, email us and we will make them for you.
- Event photos are uploaded by photographers and do not have individual text descriptions.
- Payment pages are provided by Stripe and the cookie banner by Tickbox; their accessibility is managed by those providers.
Report a problem

How we tested
This statement is based on automated accessibility testing and our own review of the main pages and flows. We will review it again whenever we make significant changes.
