Conference badges straight from your delegate list

Registration exports change hourly in conference week; badge tools should keep up. Import the delegate list from Eventbrite, Luma or a plain spreadsheet, map the columns once, and re-export as often as the list changes.

Start with this template

Your list never leaves your browser.

Colour-code Speakers, Sponsors, Press and Delegates so your team works the room faster, and add a vCard QR so a badge scan becomes a saved contact — networking without the app nobody installs.

The QR that gets scanned

A vCard QR made from each delegate’s row means one scan adds name, company and title to contacts. No app, no signup, works on every phone camera.

Late registrations, no drama

The list is editable in the browser — add walk-ins by hand, re-export just the new page, and print while the keynote runs.

Imposed and print-shop ready

Export 2-up A6 or 4-up A7 on A4 with crop marks and 3 mm bleed — hand the PDF to any printer, or duplex it on the office machine.

Common questions

Can I import from Eventbrite?

Yes — export attendees as CSV or Excel, drop the file in, and map the columns once. Only first name is required.

Do delegates need an app for the QR?

No — the vCard QR opens in any phone camera and saves the contact directly.

How do attendees get their event photos?

Optionally, each badge carries a Pictag marker: photographers shoot freely and every photo finds its delegate automatically — no facial recognition.
