For event photographers

Every attendee gets their own photos.
The day after. Nothing to sort.

A small printed marker on each badge tells Pictag.IO who is in every frame. You shoot the day as usual, upload the card, and each guest finds their photos on the organiser's branded page. No face recognition, no tagging by hand, no gallery nobody opens.

Your day, unchanged

Three steps, none of them yours to worry about

1

Badges get a marker

The organiser adds a 4 by 4 cm marker to the badge, or prints the whole run with our free badge generator. Works with any badge printer.

2

You shoot as usual

Wide shots, stage, networking, awards. Nobody poses, nobody is asked for a name. JPEG, HEIC or straight RAW from the card.

3

Guests find themselves

Every frame is scanned for markers. Guests enter the code from their badge on the branded event page, or on the organiser’s own site, and download or share.

A line on your invoice

"Every attendee receives their own photos the day after"

That is a sentence organisers say yes to. It is also a sentence no gallery link has ever delivered. You set the price your client pays you for it. We charge you a flat fee per event by guest count, nothing else, and we never bill your client.

  • Same-day delivery as a sellable extra, priced by you
  • Watermark with your logo on every download
  • Organiser sees who collected photos and what the survey said
  • Your name on the event page, so guests know who shot it
  • Unlimited uploads, RAW and HEIC included

Questions photographers ask

Who sets up the event page, the guest list and the survey? +

You do, it takes about ten minutes: guest count, your client's logo and colour, survey on only if they want leads. The guest list can be their attendee CSV or just a number; markers are numbered either way and go to whoever prints the badges. Your client never needs an account. Letting the client edit their own branding is on the list, tell us if you need it.

Do I need special gear or an app? +

No. Shoot with whatever you use now. Upload JPEG, HEIC or RAW through the browser or drop a whole card in. Detection runs on our side.

What if a badge is turned, covered or far away? +

That frame simply is not matched to that guest. Markers are detected in about 99.5% of frames where they are visible; no guesses, no wrong matches.

Do my edited photos still go out? +

Yes. Upload your edited JPEGs when you are done and they replace nothing, they are just what guests get. RAW upload is for the days you want delivery within hours.

Who owns the photos and who pays? +

You keep your copyright and your terms with the client. You pay Pictag.IO per event, your client pays you. Photos are deleted on request and 90 days after the event.

Is this GDPR safe for my corporate clients? +

Yes. No facial recognition is involved; the marker is a printed pattern tied to a badge number, not a person. Guests identify themselves with their badge code.
